We rented a storage unit, but we never got the 'Your storage unit is ready' email, which contains the code to enter the building. We called them and were instructed that they see our booking and the email will arrive any moment. We waited for days and never got anything.Moving day came and we had a car rented previously for this occasion. Still, no email, no entree code. We called them again the day before moving and they said that apparently they don't see our payment in their system. (For which we have a bank statement.) We were instructed to try and send the money again. Overall, we ended up paying 3x for the first month with no results, and they just ended up telling us to wait a few more days and then maybe we'll get our code. This means that not only did we possibly waste 3 payments of the first month's rent (3×€37), but we also had to cancel the car rental and book for another day, which costs us another €120.In conclusion, we have spent €231 and ended up with no storage unit AND we'll have to reschedule our entire moving process and book a new rental car.

I don’t recommend this place to store your things : there is MOUSES ! I asked for a refund of a clean nothing is done from them, they even increased the price after 5 month. You paid aswell 46€ a month for 1sqm with the insurance - not what is on their website. So it’s maybe nice if you have no problem but if something is ruining your clothes they can’t do anything for you.
