I don’t recommend this place to store your things : there is MOUSES ! I asked for a refund of a clean nothing is done from them, they even increased the price after 5 month. You paid aswell 46€ a month for 1sqm with the insurance - not what is on their website. So it’s maybe nice if you have no problem but if something is ruining your clothes they can’t do anything for you.
I had an excellent experience with Jimena at Shurgard! She was incredibly patient and took the time to listen carefully to my needs for renting a storage unit. Jimena walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring everything was clear and straightforward. She even helped me secure a great deal, which I truly appreciated. Her professionalism and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her service to anyone looking for storage solutions!
