Bahjo was extremely helpful to close the contract smoothly and with precise information. Very efficient location and the experience was very good. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, the staff who attended me and made the contract were very kind and attentive, and they helped me a lot. 100% recommended.
Terrible experience with Shurgard. Mice urinated and defecated all over my belongings everything was contaminated. Despite this, Shurgard did absolutely nothing: no cleaning, no compensation, no support. They refused to take responsibility or even follow the terms of their own contract. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! I strongly advise AGAINST using their services.Update 14 May 2025 Shurgard had agreed in writing on 9 April to end my contract immediately and without fees due to the rodent infestation in my unit. Despite that, I received a phone call today where I was pressured to pay another month’s rent and cleaning costs, and threatened with legal action.I had already vacated the unit and removed the lock, leaving only contaminated items behind which Shurgard knew about.Unacceptable, aggressive, and dishonest behavior. Be warned.All the people next to me had to leave to (the units are free now)
