Good price. Quickly arranged and easy via the app. One minor point, however, was that our last 8m² unit was rented out to us, and upon arrival with our storage items, it turned out to be occupied by someone else. With a single phone call, the contract was quickly transferred to another unit, but there were no other 8m² units available last time, so that's something to keep in mind.

The preparations went well: I went to take a look inside three weeks in advance and had good phone contact with the staff member. I could choose from several storage units. Because it was difficult to accurately estimate how much we would need to store, there was a clear option to rent a larger unit on the day of our arrival. The app works well: payment, signing the contract, and even opening the door: everything went smoothly. Once the items were in the storage unit, it turned out to be quite a distance from the elevator: closer would have been better. The presence of a clean restroom in the building was very helpful. Operating the elevator wasn't entirely easy: you have to hold down the button to take it to the desired floor, which isn't specified. In the end, everything fit. The promised lock was there and works well. I don't think it's a very good system that the landlord can also access the storage unit. Michiel

We rent a unit there and it is nice and cheaper than everything else we looked at. The app is easy to use and convenient.
