Picked up moving boxes, service could be better. The man behind the counter first made me wait in the cramped little hallway to finish his phone call. Then, he didn't believe me that I had already paid for the moving boxes online. After that, he didn't help hold the door open for me, and I had to stumble through the heavy door. Fortunately, the boxes were of good quality.
Even on very short notice and on a Saturday, we were able to make an appointment and rent a box! We were spoken to very kindly on the phone and at the location. A solid 10 for these people 👍🏻
We have been renting a storage unit at this location for about four years. Last week, we moved internally to our third (significantly larger) unit. Patrick helped us reach this solution in an extremely pleasant manner. He listened to us, asked good questions, made suggestions, and immediately made time to show us various alternatives. He was also extremely efficient administratively. As a result, we were able to transfer all our belongings to the new storage unit that very same day. We wish him much success in his new job and conclude with a heartfelt: thank you for everything!
