The storage unit is nice and dry, butI lost my key, so on Monday, July 7th, I called Storage Share. I had to pay €40 and they would send the key right away. I paid €40 immediately, but by Wednesday still hadn't received the key, so I called again. The key hadn't been sent yet, but they would do it right away. I called again on Friday, but the key still hadn't been sent. So I called again, and they said they would send it right away and I would receive a confirmation email. I hadn't received it by that afternoon, so I called again. It was busy, so I hadn't had a chance to send an email yet, but the key had been sent. And yes, I have to believe that, so don't ask me if I'm satisfied with the service, because I certainly am not, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent space from Storage Share.

Storage Share Zutphen opened, and I rented a space right away. The selection was enormous! I received pleasant phone assistance, and handling all the paperwork was a breeze. Everything looks neat, and there are some tools to help me get my belongings to the storage unit. Automatic payment is clearly announced in advance. In short: completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Smoothly arranged, easily accessible, and clear agreements. I highly recommend it! I called on Saturday at 4:00 PM and arranged a storage unit by 5:00 PM. You ring the doorbell and can use the unit at any time. There's a lift (it was temporarily out of order, but I received a general email about it). There's also a cart to move your belongings to the unit. You can cancel monthly, which is ideal if you don't know exactly how long you want to rent. The storage unit is relatively new and very clean. Thanks for the great service!

Just rented a storage unit. They're clearing out our house. We wanted to drop off our stuff on Sunday, but the elevator was broken. It happens. We called Monday to say they'd come Tuesday. By Wednesday, the elevator still hadn't been fixed. We sent another email. Just got an email back saying the elevator would be fixed next Friday. We regret renting there. We're now stuck. Poor service.
