I urgently needed storage to store my belongings for a few weeks or months. It was helpful to know the dimensions of the boxes and compare them to moving boxes, which gave me a better idea of ​​which box was right for me. The small box turned out to be sufficient. Simply click on the website to select your desired box and you have immediate access to it. The elevator is also very convenient, as are the cleaning supplies.I received excellent service from Storage Share and recommend it to anyone who needs a storage unit urgently.The only downside is the rates they charge. These are very high for the city I live in, and as a result, I've heard from several people who canceled their storage units.Other than that, there are no downsides.

I initially rented a 6m² storage unit, but because I needed to store something 2.5 meters long, I discovered that there were also narrower 4m² units available, but they were longer. I was able to easily rebook, and customer service always answered the phone promptly. The entire space and the unit are clean, and everything looks great. A working light sensor in the hallway would be nice, though. 😜 I'm sure it will be resolved soon. I'm happy with my choice of Storage-share.

Easy to use e-books! The only problem was that there was no key for my storage unit, but thankfully, a phone call resolved it within 2 minutes.

I've had good experiences with this storage facility. It's also convenient that the thrift store is right next door. They're happy with everything I have left over. I'm happy with Storage Share because they're clear and have simple terms and conditions. The digital tour (with a representative on the phone) was a bit strange, but it works! And when it turned out I needed more storage, they were more than I could have imagined. Easy to reach by email, quick responses, and in case of problems (recently with the access door), they find a solution as soon as possible and keep you informed by email. There are always areas for improvement; the carts make a tremendous amount of noise rattling on the tiles outside, and cleaning the carpet in your storage unit with just the provided broom isn't very practical. I haven't yet found a power outlet for a vacuum cleaner. Optimization tip: partner with Praxis and/or Borent (Ravelijncentrum) to rent a trailer/van at a more attractive price. Win-win!
