I have been renting a storage unit at Storage Share in Den Helder for some time now, and the location itself is fine. Where things go wrong is with the administration: when renewing my contract in June 2026, neither the price nor the number of boxes was correct (I rent 2, the contract was for 1). Additionally, I received a reminder to sign a contract that I had already signed for a different period. The prices were also increased in the meantime, and for a while there was regular hassle with access to the premises — fortunately, this has now been resolved. These kinds of issues caused unnecessary extra email traffic and frustration trying to set everything straight. The staff do respond politely and eventually resolve the issues, but I would recommend always carefully checking your contract and invoices before agreeing to anything. 3/5 stars.

Good service, also when switching from, for example, a large box to a smaller one. Easy access to the storage space with the app.Clean spaces. One point for improvement: provide a few more transport carts. Easily reachable for information by phone. Everything is arranged quickly.

The best possible warehouse rentals. Always hassle-free, clean, and even if there's a problem, someone is always there to help. I've been renting for three years and have never had any problems. I'm extremely satisfied. I recommend it to everyone.

I think I rented a box about two years ago as well. Never had any problems; your belongings are kept dry and safe. This is once again the reason why I am renting a box there again now.
