Used a storage unit for some household items for a few months. Had a very positive experience! Very clean and easily accessible spaces. Carts available for transporting items to and from the units. Cleaning materials available for final handover. Everything was well organized. Very pleasant communication. Extending and terminating the term went smoothly! Definitely recommended!
Nice location. I don't think my locker has ever been used. Installing the app was easy. Access via the app is very user-friendly. I am happy with it.Tip: go check how big the boxes are beforehand. They are bigger than you think.
I had an issue on my first day with my unit because there was a large hole going through it, most likely due to construction of other units. However, the situation was quickly resolved over the phone and I was given another unit where everything is fine. I’m satisfied overall and the price is 50% lower than the competition.
