The truth is I couldn't ask for a better storage unit, good 24/7 system, super attentive and helpful staff, if I live in Madrid again I would return to this 100% guaranteed
Excellent service, competitive prices, and unbeatable customer service. They have storage rooms and luggage storage, there's no lockup, and you only need a month's notice. The managers are friendly and always willing to help or facilitate check-in and check-out. They issue invoices and send them on time. And when it's time to pay the monthly fee, they give you plenty of time in case there are any issues. I would definitely rent from them again. 100% recommended.

The location is not far from the city center and it the street makes it easy to park a car or get a uber. -Ignacio was really helpful and explicit even though i don't speak Spanish perfectly, and he helped carry the luggage and arranged them inside for me and get them out as well. -the price is good compared to others that I have seen. -good service, quick and good communication, no wonder they have good reviews. Highly recommended if you are looking for a trastero in madrid.
