Everything was magnificent. The customer service I've had with them has been extraordinary. I've dealt with several agents, and they've all been wonderful, very helpful and approachable, offering the best options and adapting to my changes. I work in customer service, so I know what I'm talking about. They show genuine interest, they call you back... I've spoken with several agents from different departments, and they all provided the same level of service. I only remember the name of the last agent, Iliana, but I reiterate that the service has been exceptional from everyone I've spoken with. As for the storage units, they serve their purpose, and the facilities are very good.

I needed to store some things for a month while moving and found this company.Iliana was incredibly helpful, explaining everything, showing me the facilities, answering all my questions, and being super friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for your attention. It's a pleasure to work with such people.The facilities are fantastic, everything is very well organized, with 24-hour security and private parking. No long-term contract or deposit required.A real find! I'll definitely use them again when I need to.
