Storage unit in Rivas Vaciamadrid, well located in the area, and the best part is the service from the owners, especially Benja, who is very kind and helpful. He even helps you carry your things up and down himself. Excellent! It's a pleasure to hire a service where the owner treats you this way; it always makes you want to come back. I recommend it 100%.
5 stars without a doubt. The place is super clean, the service is fantastic, and they helped us empty the storage room and load the van. A 10, this was needed in Rivas.
I needed a storage unit in the area for a short time. The manager arranged the box with accurate information (photos, measurements, etc.) and worked directly with the carrier to arrange the furniture and other items. Everything was easy to resolve, and the person in charge was very competent and friendly. The only drawback was the background music, a bit loud or even unnecessary.
