Really incredible storage unit! The customer service is great, the storage units are the most affordable I found in Madrid, and moving everything went very smoothly.

There were ups and downs. The main “up” is that our stuff was stored and locked until we needed it at the end of the summer. We had trouble getting into our storage container dropping off AND coming back to pick up. We drove to Madrid to leave our supplies and the entire place was locked. We were on the phone for close to an hour before we could get in with the code they gave us to get in after hours. Our container was also double locked upon arrival. In both situations, the customer service was kind and easy to work with. Could have been a smoother experience, but successful overall.
