Do not recommend this storage, and especially the worker Elena Alonso. They do not return deposits and create new rules that are not listed anywhere to support their robberies. What a rubbish company.

I had such a great experience thanks to Germán. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for me. He was very patient, responsive, and made sure I understood everything and had everything sorted out. It’s honestly rare to come across someone who is this helpful and attentive, and I really appreciated all his effort. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him.

Amazing service. Honestly, Emi’s help with getting sorted for a storage unit made the move so much easier. They have everything you could need. Trolleys, security, ladders. The units are clean, laid out very well and I’m really glad we stumbled across this service. 11/10 would recommend !
