El centro estaba bien, mi doctor (que es el coordinador) es una persona muy amable y siempre dispuesta. El principal problema es que el techo del centro de salud se cayó hace tres años y nos trasladaron provisionalmente al de Baviera, que está en el Distrito de La Guindalera/Salamanca, que no es el nuestro. A día de hoy aún no sabemos cuándo lo van a reabrir pero en nuestro distrito hemos perdido un servicio que era esencial. Pongo un uno por eso, por la falta de comunicación de la Comunidad pero no por el servicio que daban con el que estoy conforme.

Bad. Terrible. Horrible. I go to the doctor between once and zero a year. When I went to update my personal information on my health card, NO ONE told me I'd have to pick it up; when I went, they told me they wouldn't give it to me until I brought my ID, OK. I repeated my last name to the receptionist four times (I thought she was messing with me). EVERYONE at reception heard me except her, until I finally told her to give me a pen and paper because I was embarrassed for the whole waiting room to hear me. She spoke to me rudely, arrogantly, with no desire to work or do anything. Please, people like that should be suggested to work in a bakery, not in a health center.

My GP and the nurse were excellent. But both times I've been there, the reception staff have been incredibly unpleasant. Today's receptionist was downright rude, muttering to herself as if I couldn't hear her. I've never been treated so badly anywhere in my life. I understand that when you're dealing with the public, you have to put up with a lot of idiots, but I was polite, and it was only my second time there. I'm not from this region, and things don't work the same way here. It's normal to ask questions or get confused about something. Anyway, I thought it was a disgrace.

The patient service is appalling. When I requested that medication be activated on my electronic prescribing card, I was told it would take three days to assign it to a doctor because they were overwhelmed with activating medications for other patients. Since I'm going on vacation outside my region, the solution they suggested to avoid problems when trying to get the medication at a pharmacy outside Madrid was to overload the healthcare system by requesting the "displaced patient" service at my vacation destination. Fantastic.
