I would like to say a massive thank you to Alex at storage giant Swansea. He was very helpful with my move in and my moving out of my unit. He has been very kind and helpful every single time. We used storage giant newport for storing daughters belongings over the summer after uni. I would highly recommend. Units were clean and secure and staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Will who was really helpful.

Adele was really lovely in my whole experience of seeking storage as a student. I called the day before and she was able to provide me a storage room in under short notice. I was also running late and was due to arrive before closing, but she still accommodated to me and my needs despite having the choice to refuse me service. I highly recommend this branch and will be back!

Had a great experience with Adele. I’ve never used storage before and Adele has explained and simplified the whole process for me! It honestly has taken a weight off my shoulders with sorting out where I’m leaving my things. Would highly recommend!!
