Clean facility, simple sign up procedure.Using a unit for a house move and Didnt really know what to expect. Was greeted by Noel who took us around the facility and explained a few of the different units. Noel was really knowledgeable and helpful with the setup
Was looking for storage to provide space to declutter. Picked up from Internet about initial deal which was good. On visiting the site Nol who was at the reception desk giving a tour of types of storage size. Facility very well designed, clean, with trolley and lift access and good access to the unit which is what I wanted. Nol friendly, personable and helpful and all the paperwork was done smoothly.
The storage facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but I initially had some issues with two managers regarding how certain situations were handled. I felt uncared for as a customer, as if the only thing that mattered was receiving my payment, regardless of my actual needs. Because of that, I originally left a 1-star review.However, this prompted a response from the main office, which reached out to me, corrected everything that had gone wrong, and even went the extra mile to retain me as a customer. This completely changed my overall experience. I was also later contacted by the local manager, and the lost trust was successfully reestablished.
