Adele was really lovely in my whole experience of seeking storage as a student. I called the day before and she was able to provide me a storage room in under short notice. I was also running late and was due to arrive before closing, but she still accommodated to me and my needs despite having the choice to refuse me service. I highly recommend this branch and will be back!

I had an amazing person who helped me with Everything. Her name is Kate Jackson and she was so lovely. I hope she gets a raise please. I was so confused about all this moving in thing that’s why I couldn’t do it online for myself so I called someone to help me and thankfully I got someone like Kate who explain everything to me and was so patient with me when I couldn’t find my details. I made an enquiry online for a storage unit and got a follow up call from Simon, we confirmed how much I would be storing at the unit to confirm the best size and then he gave me my options for time and how much each would cost. He was very polite throughout the conversation and was clearly knowledgeable about the units, we discussed some concerns I had and he put my mind at ease, honestly he made my experience great. Fully recommend.
