I was in a rush to find a storage place and I had a call with Brad who was very helpful. I was able to see the storage unit and utilise it two days later. The building is clean, the staff is friendly, they are open everyday to access the unit. I am very happy with the service I received.
I had an excellent experience with this storage company. I was assisted by Mark on his very first day, and honestly, the service was outstanding.He explained everything clearly and patiently, made sure I understood all the details, and even called me to confirm the time I would be arriving. Everything was well organised and smooth from start to finish.Both Mark and John were very professional and helpful. The customer service was truly amazing, and I felt well looked after the whole time. I would definitely recommend them.
