This is a great storage facility. I love that the unit is app controlled and the 24/7 access, it is very convenient. The customer service is amazing, I had the pleasure of dealing with James who was very patient, understanding and provided me with great help. I would definitely recommed this to anyone in need of a storage facility.
Blocked access after cancelling Direct Debit Beware I cancelled my Direct Debit so I wouldn’t be charged for the following month, while still intending to use the final month I had already paid for.After cancelling the DD, I was denied access to my unit, even though that last month was paid. This felt unfair and unacceptable, especially with no proper explanation or resolution offered.
I’ve been using this self-storage facility for a while. Booking was super easy, the 24/7 access is incredibly convenient, the prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful.The location is really convenient, with plenty of parking. even for big vans. A great, storage solution for me moving house!
