I needed storage on an emergency basis and I had some questions and spoke to Max who gave me all of the information i needed. Until we went that same evening she was on call to help us navigate around the site. She has kept in touch to check everything is ok and on hand when we go and visit again.i mentioned what sort of items I have to store and recommend a 75ft container which when we arrived was perfect for us. Her customer service levels are exceptional and it has given me and my husband some stress relief due to an emergency reshuffle of our personal items I highly recommend such an easy process with full transparency and I have also shared her details with other friends that see in the same boat keep up the good work

Absolutely brilliant storage facility. Access is really easy and site is spotless.
Staff always available by phone and so helpful. I needed large storage asap and it was all booked and accessible same day! Second time I've used Smartbox in Leicester and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I've not long started using Smartbox but so far the experience has been great. The app is really easy to use. The units are clean and easy to access. Customer service has been great and so quick to respond.
Only areas that might make it that tiny but better is some form of lighting in the units (I know this can be a fire hazard if done wrong but would make organising them a lot easier) and a section on the app to easily view your contract with current prices etc. This may already be on there and I've overlooked it though!

The moving in process was so easy and although I was quite nervous about using the app, it was so easy and straightforward. The facility is very clean and new, and the unit was very easy to find as well. The staff were also very helpful when I called with questions. Would definitely recommend!
