Really pleased so far with this facility. The site is easy to access and very secure and my storage unit is well lit and very clean. A small snag with my booking was sorted out immediately by Alex even though it was outside normal working hours (thank you Alex - you were great!).
From my first time of contact, Alex has been exemplary in his handing of my requests and queries. That, and the first class, brand new indoor facility at Desborough, the simple and so far faultless access gained by a phone app, gives me no hesitation in highly recommending Smartbox for your storage needs.
Brilliant customer service and so easy to use. Alex kept in contact, checking up if anything needed and was quick to respond to messages and really helpful. Unit was clean and access to the site is simple even out of hours. Highly recommend.
