I was shown various size of units in different parts of the building and chose the best fit. The staff were really nice and thorough showing how it all worked. I always felt safe going in on my own at different times of the day and was confident my belongings were somewhere dry and clean. Really easy to use the trolleys to move things between my car and the unit. Ended up being there about a year - needed to extend my stay by a day unexpectedly and they were very accommodating and prompt with returning my deposit once I’d gone. Would use them again and thoroughly recommend them to other people

I've used Star self store a couple of times, the 24hr access to the storage units is brilliant. If ever anything has been needed the team are really supportive and efficient. A cracking team delivering a really well put together service. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Star selfstore highly enough. I had a stressful time where I had sold my house but no house to move into for a period of time.
This solution was ideal. The team are very friendly and helpful and makes the whole experience straightforward.
Also the fact you can access the site 24/7 is a bonus.
