First time using Smartbox - No problems accessing my storage unit, all good so far. App is easy to understand - I wish the main shutter door would stay open for a little longer when storing a large amount of items, but this is a minor point of feedback.
Very well organised and simple to use self storage. Great location, easy access and very clean inside.I had a panic while moving out of my house and realised storage would be helpful, after purchasing I had immediate access and found the process very easy.The units are smaller than I imagined so go one size larger. I imagine they are sized by volume so if you get a small unit, be prepared to stack things high. I moved out of a 2 bed terrace and just about made it work with the 2 bed unit.I’ll be using this storage again in future and have already recommended it to a few friends. 5 star
