Really clean and modern setup. Nice and easy to get into once you've worked out the app. Clear communication.
We have never had to use a storage unit before so we were a bit unsure of who to go with. Smartbox storage have been great and I am so glad we decided to use them. They were there to advise us of costs etc and we were able to view the different size units before making a decision. There was no pressure at all from them and all my questions were answered promptly . In particular Alex and Kayleigh have been fab . I highly recommend them. Thank you so much
First time using Smartbox - No problems accessing my storage unit, all good so far. App is easy to understand - I wish the main shutter door would stay open for a little longer when storing a large amount of items, but this is a minor point of feedback.
