Absolutely brilliant and personal service from this company. Alex and his team were there if we needed them for anything . Our belongings were stored safely for 5 months ! With being able to access our storage unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week was also very reassuring. We had our own pin number access which evidenced yet again how safe and secure our belongings were. We highly recommend 100% and won't hesitate to use again in future .Alex was always available for any advice ! ,and always offered a solution if required. Trustworthy team to say the least. A massive thankyou to Alex and his Team for a safe and no stress experience for the 5 months we needed the them and their storage units ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This storage facility is clean, dry, with easy access and seems secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even leave a bag of sweets in the container for new users; a quirky and fun touch. The surface outside mine is not bound, so it does mean dirt carries into the unit. Nearly 5 stars!The subsequent response to my minor complaint about dirt being carried into the unit got a really helpful response, so it’s up to five stars. Staff are brilliant.

Great experience with this storage company! The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Access was easy and convenient, and I felt confident knowing my belongings were safe. Pricing was fair with no hidden fees. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and stress-free storage solutions.

From start to finish this was nothing but smooth. Everyone at Smartbox were super helpful, always made sure the sit was kept tidy and safe and couldn't have asked for anymore.
