I’ve been using this self-storage facility for a while. Booking was super easy, the 24/7 access is incredibly convenient, the prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful.The location is really convenient, with plenty of parking. even for big vans. A great, storage solution for me moving house!

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is very convenient and the parking is right at the front of the storage site which meant I could park my van and move my item as needed. I rented the storage unit for 6 months. I had no issues with accessing my personal belongings across the 6 months. The smart entrance system is amazing!
I initially found this storage unit very convenient and easy to use. However, I had a frustrating experience when it came to canceling my account. After moving out and requesting to stop the direct debit, they continued to charge my account for a month. I reached out multiple times via calls and texts to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any resolution. In the end, I had to involve my bank to reclaim the £208 I was owed, which was an unnecessary hassle.While the storage itself was fine, the lack of responsiveness and the issue with billing was disappointing. I hope they can improve their communication and cancellation process in the future.
