Great service! From the containers themselves, the easy access, the location, the security, to most importantly the communication from the owners is second to none. Thoroughly recommended for short term or long term storage.
I contacted Greybox online and within 24hrs I received a message from a person and not an automated computer as has happened with other enquiries. The service I have received from Nick has been excellent over email and in person. I am really happy with the site and it's security and ease of 24hr access for my needs, when working shift patterns. The containers are clean and in good condition. I am looking forwards to moving in this week.
Very friendly experience. Very professional staff and excellent communication. I stored a valuable model railway collection and had no concerns about this secure but easy to access site. I took a large sprinter van right to the doors. The 20ft container was only a little more expensive than a 10ft I had used elsewhere, so they are good value for money and in better condition. I would highly recommend Greybox Self Storage.
