Booked a container for one month. Booking was really simple online. Spoke to Nick was really helpful when I spoke to him ahead of booking to clarify a couple of items. Easy key collection and access. Ideal location, felt really safe, size of the container was great and 24 hour access was perfect for us.
We used Grey Box Self Storage whilst waiting to complete on a house. No issues from start to finish, I contacted them to ask if there were any available units, as there weren't any available on their website, and as luck would have it, there was one that was about to become available. This was made available on the website for me within minutes, and I was able to secure the unit. Nick is quick to respond to any queries, and the whole process was simple and straight forward. Great service, we would certainly recommend.
