We were already Storage Giant customers. We placed our items in storage due to a house purchase. Unfortunately, our purchase is taking much longer than anticipated which is stressful. Luckily we were contacted by Natalie from Storage Giant head office. She was amazing and sympathetic to our situation. Natalie was able to help us to keep hold of our unit for longer at a great price. Really great customer service with the personal touch! Thank you Natalie :)

Incredible ServiceI was looking for cheap storage deals in the local area, and Storage Giant seemed to be the best. 5 minutes after my online quote I received a call from Paul at head office.He not only beat the quotes from other storage companies, but gave me a fantastic 6 month introductory offer. The call was very pleasant and not a pushy sales call like most places.Thanks for all your help Paul, really appreciated all your help.
