The ladies on reception were lovely, helpful, friendly and gave us all the information needed. The Luton van was spot on. Clean inside and out. No issues when driving at all.Kept the van for four days. There was some dried grass and dust inside so I took a couple of minutes to give it a sweep.As we had no problems or caused any damage I can't comment on how issues are resolvedReally easy collection - being able to submit proof of ID etc online was great. Drop off was quick and efficient.Overall if you're capable of being courteous to the staff and careful with a hire van, I'd very much recommend Admiral Walsall

After being let down by another, less reputable company just 30 minutes before our scheduled collection time, these guys really stepped up and saved the day. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. Their customer service and attitude towards their business were second to none. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

I had a van hire and returned it the same day. On the day of return, we were running late and had contacted one customer service rep for them to know we would like to return the van but will be 10-20mins late after 6 which she agreed. When we got to the yard few meters away from the reception, I asked my brother to help park the van while I drive my private car which was parked a few meters away closer to the reception.The customer rep was explained to the reason behind the decision so we don’t keep them waiting especially when we are already 20mins late. She agreed and mentioned she could not process my refund of £696 on the day because the machine was closed only for me to receive an email saying my refund will not be processed because of the car was parked in the yard by someone else. They lied😡😡.I tried solving this issue with their internal dispute and they were the worse people to deal with. They only returned my refund when I had complained to an external dispute agency.Don’t use them, they are very sketchy and would find ways to keep your deposit. Be aware😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have hired a good few vans with the team now and they are always very friendly and always helpful. An extra special thank you to Joanne for helping me out on short notice, great customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hire.
