Having not used storage facilities before I found not only were storage Giant very competitive but also very helpful and professional. All members of staff were friendly and experienced and explained all options available to me. Hannah one of the managers at storage Giant was not only professional, informative but also supportive in the right deal and size of unit that i would need. Paperwork was completed quickly and explained in detail. I would definitely recommend this company for any storage needs you may have.
The store manager Duncan was extremely helpful. We needed a unit in Telford at very short notice and Storage Giant offered good rates and made the whole process very easy. Well done Duncan and your team.
