Great help during and extremely stressful time of moving house, the friendly staff really made a difference to our experience.We initially looked into storing here going by into store and Duncan looked after us to show us available units whilst explaining the process to us. This really made things simpler for us in the long run for our situation. Would highly recommend them and all the staff's efforts throughout to make it a great overall experience. I recently used Storage Giant for a short-term lock-up unit and had such a smooth experience. Hannah and Duncan were brilliant — friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy and straightforward. Their customer service was genuinely excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I couldn't fault the service I've received at Storage Giant. Setting everything up was straightforward and they've even been very understanding when my payment got rejected because I'd had to cancel my payment card. Closing everything down was again straightforward, handled efficiently and with smiles by Helen and Hannah. If you need additional space temporarily I recommend them.
