Having had various units at Storage Giant over the last 6years,I can definitely recommend them,the facilities are excellent. All the staff have always been very helpful from day one when Helen made the process very easy to get things sorted. I have only this week finally emptied the unit for shipping, I dealt with Duncan to finalise my notice on the unit,again he explained the whole procedure and what I needed to do to by e-mail,again excellent service. Great help during and extremely stressful time of moving house, the friendly staff really made a difference to our experience.We initially looked into storing here going by into store and Duncan looked after us to show us available units whilst explaining the process to us. This really made things simpler for us in the long run for our situation. Would highly recommend them and all the staff's efforts throughout to make it a great overall experience.
