Scam of a company, they keep applying charges even though I had given notice to vacate in June. Then they take 12 days at least to reply to each email yet on their website they say they respond within 5 days. Then they keep adding charges and expect you to just pay without questions. The locker was emptied in March and they were notified in June ( al payments were made till July) and given notice then but to my surprise they still keep charging us for the locker that had been emptied. It’s been difficult to get the issue resolved and now they are threatening to take me to bailiffs for their incompetency. The customer service staff is rude. I would not recommend.
Its not often I leave a review. However, this company, and Lizzy especially deserve one. I used the storage unit after retiring, downsizing and moving to North Wales. From day one the staff were welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and very easy to contact by phone. The unit I had was clean, well lit and kept at a good temperature. The price was very competitive and access was very easy. When I no longer required the unit " Lizzy" was very helpful in terminating my contract and gave me the good news that I would be getting a refund - which arrived within 2 days!! I would highly recommend the company to anyone who requires good, clean and reasonably priced secure storage.
Recommended. The registration process is simple and you can 'move in' without even needing to speak to another human (exactly what some of us prefer!). The building is well situated and easily accessed. Heavy duty trollies are provided and there's a freight elevator as you go in. Everything is clean and well lit, and there are security cameras everywhere. I was tempted to remove one star because the unit I rent was supposed to be 45sqft but is only 41.5; that's within the +/-10% tolerance detailed in the small print so I'll give them that, but I can't help feeling cynical (e.g. if the largest 240sqft units are 10% smaller than advertised they'll have room for the same number of additional small 20sqft units).
