Excellent facility with excellent communication, security is fantastic, the rates are competitive and they offer some amazing deals as well. The place is always spotless and aside from the top floor being a little bit hot at times. the rest of the facility is wonderfully temperature controlled with lots of trollies available to use and a goods lift which makes everything more straight forward.
I’ve been a customer with a large unit since 2020 (mid pandemic) when I had to move out of a property with minimal notice. The team helped me source a unit and gave great advice about getting a cost effective deal. Fast forward to 2023 when I realise I have to deal with my stuff or risk becoming a fully accredited hoarder! When it became apparent I could not clear the whole unit in one go, I called up and the lovely team helped me come up with a solution, enabling me to move the remaining items to a much smaller unit right near to the original one. Great service and the people I spoke to were also kind and compassionate, which was really appreciated.
I have used numerous of storage companies of the years and I have to say that the experience from start to finish with UK Storage Company was outstanding! It started with an initial phone call, where all my questions were answered and within moments I had access to my unit. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish, even when you no longer need their services, which says a lot. The building is clean and light and you have everything you need. Next time I need storage I will definitely be using UK Storage Company.
