when moving house everything had to go into storage for two weeks, however when I finally moved into my property I found 4 to 5 boxes missing. I know everything went in sadly not everything came out. There was a box of books, a box of tv equipment, personal items such as address books, hair dryer all perfumes, shampoos, box of vases ornaments, photos of my late husband. Lots of personal things which has been heart breaking. Police are involved and looking at cctv. So I would not recommend this storage at all, its clearly not secure enough. If anyone has ny things please return them, especially the photos and address book they mean nothing to anyone else.
Excellent facility with excellent communication, security is fantastic, the rates are competitive and they offer some amazing deals as well. The place is always spotless and aside from the top floor being a little bit hot at times. the rest of the facility is wonderfully temperature controlled with lots of trollies available to use and a goods lift which makes everything more straight forward.
I have used numerous of storage companies of the years and I have to say that the experience from start to finish with UK Storage Company was outstanding! It started with an initial phone call, where all my questions were answered and within moments I had access to my unit. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish, even when you no longer need their services, which says a lot. The building is clean and light and you have everything you need. Next time I need storage I will definitely be using UK Storage Company.
