It does what it says it does. We went in a hired transit van to help our son move some of his stuff out of the storage unit to his new house. I've never been to a storage unit before (never had the need to) but the entry pin code gate & entrance seemed to do the job. All in all our son is pleased with the service he's had from UK Storage near Rugby.
The worst company in my life, I don't recommend it to anyone, scammers, they cheat customers, I called, before the expiration date of the contract and they didn't close, they waited specially, they pretend that they don't know anything just to scam the customer for the money, Not the competence of the office, tragedy, they want to be paid for something you don't need anymore, They should give me back the money in 4 days, because the room was vacated before the time,, And they also want money, for an empty room, where is the swindle? I'll never use it again, And I don't recommend it to anyone, they confuse rooms, you buy one, you get another, only problems, they can't save face, failure,
Sorry but this is the worst company and they are acting as like a scam company. I used their service and it was a nightmare for me. I am not gonna use their service again. I am not suggesting to anyone this company. When I started to use their service they said to me on the phone it is gonna be £50 and they charged me £80. They never said anything about insurance , they did not inform me but they add it. They never sent me any documents or invoice. When I tried to cancel to storage, they said please make it empty till 3rd of April and take the key with you and I did what they said, they still continue to charged me. They said you did not let us know. I did not know…. Another thing, when you cancel it, do not forget to cancel your direct debit. Good news, we are in UK so still we are able to cancel transaction. But They are just headache and it was awful service. I hope nobody needs their service. Unfortunately , this is untrustworthy company for me.
