This place is the best place I could afford for renting a space. And you can pay extra for 24h /7 access. Though the elevator didn’t work last time I went. I feel like the customer service is helpful
The storage facilities were clean, convenient with ample space. Just what I needed for a house move while everything went through. When it came time to closing my account, it was very convenient with a 2 week notice period and a quick call to customer service to close where Aidan helped me out with any queries I had. Just watch out for some hidden fees such as the £15 clean up fee (place was very clean when I left it so feel like this is unjustified) and the £15 padlock that you have to buy which is pretty exclusive to their doors and can't be used after.. Other than that, great experience
