In particular, Sarah was incredibly helpful during what was a very difficult time. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, she made the effort to quickly arrange a suitable storage unit for me without any hassle. Her responsiveness and willingness to help at short notice made a real difference.Throughout the rental period, Sarah remained professional and attentive. She kept in touch regarding key dates, including reminders about the end of my storage term and whether I needed an extension. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The facility itself was secure, clean, and easy to access, exactly what I needed during such a chaotic period. Overall, MK Box Self Storage provided an excellent service from start to finish.I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable storage, especially during unexpected circumstances.

I had to store the entire contents of my home for 6 months. MK Box was an absolutely fantastic answer to my problem. The space is secure, easy to access, easy to use and very clean. The security systems in place meant I never had a moment's concern during that period about my belongings. Jennie and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were so efficient and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anybody whatever the size of your storage problem. Very deserving of 5 stars.

MK Box Self Storage has been brilliant for our business, with their state of the art security system, clean storage units and very helpful staff. They were very helpful throughout the growth of our business from when we needed a small unit and now in a unit twice the size of the first.Very good company, we like them and we highly recommend!

We are using mk box storage for a second time as we had such good service the first time round. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to view the different size rooms to get the best one for us. The paperwork is quick and the monthly invoice is handy to have via email. It has long opening times so access is not a problem.We would definitely recommend to friends and family
