They don't offer pro rata, even if you want to move after 5 months and 1 day, you will be paying 1 full Month for this extra day. What makes it even worse is how misleading the staff at the facility explain the cancellation policy as simple as 15 days notice. On the bright side accessing the facility via mobile app was nice.
A really good storage place, easily accessible and secure - The app or pin code to access gives you confidence that your belongings are well stored. They provide keys and insurance which makes it a one stop shop. We used our unit for 9 months due to a house move. The facilities are exactly what we needed. Good ambient temperature and so all items remained in good condition. The on site staff Chelsea and Samantha are always friendly and welcoming. Nice storage place and would recommend.

The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, with easy access it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe.
