Cancelled my storage unit in mid February 2026. I emptied my unit by late Feb. I understood there was one last payment at the start of March which was fine. I find out that they had tsjen another payment out on the 1st of April. I emailed them why I was still being charged for a service I was no longer using and have had no reply! Not happy at all!😡😡😡😡😡
MyStore is the first experience I have had of using storage and I am so impressed. From the lovely ladies in reception to the efficient and effective way the system for using storage space works, the whole thing has been a really impressive and easy experience. Very personal, caring, safe and secure.
We are completely new to storage facilities but the staff we interacted with at MyStore, Sarah, Tracy and Shannon were exceptionally helpful. We were advised to make a preliminary visit and given a tour so that we had a clear understanding of the facilities, security and pricing structure. We have now taken up a storage unit to help with a house move and the site is clean, dry and secure with welcoming staff available during their office hours.
