Had a unit on 3rd floor. Went to drop off heavy items out of hours, to discover the one and only lift was broken. Called the out of hours number and was dealt with rudely by young girl who didn’t seem to care or want to offer any help/solutions. Found an empty unit to store heavy table in (and left a note with our contact details) as weren’t able to take it back with us and desperately needed to store it somewhere. Went back following morning in our car having returned the rental van, and managed to call customer services during opening hours, who were helpful in finding us a ground floor unit, and switching it over on our booking. Although we did have to spend time relocating all the smaller bits via the stairs which our arms and legs paid for the next day. Went back few days later to discover lift still out of order, and chatted to other frustrated customers who had also made long journeys to drop items, to their surprise of no lift. Would have hoped for more urgency in repairing a critical piece of equipment, or a customer wide communication to notify of an out of service lift, to reduce risk of wasted journeys and customer complaints.

Excellent service, very clean and easy to get to. Very flexible, we had to move to a larger unit this was completed on a Saturday when we ran out of room. They moved us to the next door unit so we didn't have to carry stuff far. Staff are plesent when you have to talk to them. We would definitely recommend this company.

I needed to rent a storage unit during a house move, came across UK Storage through an internet search and found all the information I needed easily. The units are well priced, the facility is secure and very clean plus communication via email was very friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The setting up process was quick and easy. Anyone I've spoken to on the phone has been helpful and efficient. The building has always been clean and easy to access. We gave notice on our unit and then due to Covid we had to cancel that and everything was handled well. We've left now but would definitely use them again.
