An excellent storage unit, good value and extremely helpful when called

Very good, but at the end it was honestly a real struggle.. To start with the positives, their storages are very clean and professional-looking. I have used their services two separate times as I was quite satisfied with their prices and the overall easiness of booking with them. Having said that, the second time I used their services everything went smoothly until it was time for me to leave. I gave them the two weeks notice that they required, but I never heard back from them to let me know that everything had been settled and that my contract had ended, so I gave them a call. They claimed that they checked my storage and it hadn't been emptied (even though I emptied it in October) so I would have to pay a fee. After a very tiring conversation of me trying to explain to them that if what they're saying is true then they have a security breach as someone else is using my previous storage (and them almost completely ignoring my point and only caring about the fee), we finally landed on the same page, meaning that I do not owe anything. Fast forward to today, I open my bank account and I see that I have been automatically charged a monthly instalment from them even though I am not even using the storage anymore (since early October) and also considering the fact that when our previous phone call ended, they said that they would terminate my contract "without me needing to pay any fees". After speaking to them on the phone again, they assured me that this new charge is going to be refunded (which at least, is something), but this whole final experience with them has left a very bitter feeling from a company that I would otherwise suggest without a second thought. Quite disappointed, as I was really satisfied with them up to this point.
