I was really happy with this storage facility. Customer service over the phone and email was responsive and helpful. The site is all automatic entry and the storage unit was exactly what I needed at a good price. Cheers guys will use again if I need another unit in the area.
I’ve really been happy with Box Space Storage, everything was set up perfectly with ease, Phil my contact was really helpful and guided me through the process. Access to the containers are through phone link which was really easy to use. The containers are new and really clean. Overall I’d definitely recommend using Box Space.
We made an enquiry and got a call back from Phil straight away. Everything was explained and dealt with promptly we got the unit the next day. (Same day was available)! Then our removals let us down and Phil accommodated providing another unit at short notice, shorter term to help out. I couldn’t recommend Phil and easy storage any more! Fantastic service
