My trailer was stolen from here, I was offered no help and was told it's all on me to sort it. The gate was easily bypassed and cameras supposedly turned around leaving no footage captured. I was made aware 12 hours later, I attended and the cameras were still facing the wrong way and not corrected?? The owner then cancelled my direct debit without making me aware, and didn't even refund the rest of the remaining balance. "State of art technology with 24/7 security" massive lie.
It would be my choice to rent container here. As I see it's a very secure place. Locks and steel fences everywhere. That's what I was looking for. Only it's very far from my location and I became thoughtful because I couldn't find any public transport around this place and truly needs own transport to get in and out. And I wanted to store my bike for one season. If I manage it then definitely I'll talk with manager soon.
I was really happy with this storage facility. Customer service over the phone and email was responsive and helpful. The site is all automatic entry and the storage unit was exactly what I needed at a good price. Cheers guys will use again if I need another unit in the area.
I’ve really been happy with Box Space Storage, everything was set up perfectly with ease, Phil my contact was really helpful and guided me through the process. Access to the containers are through phone link which was really easy to use. The containers are new and really clean. Overall I’d definitely recommend using Box Space.
