In over two years of using the storage facilities at Storage Giant Kingswinford we have never experienced any problems and have always found the premises to be extremely clean and secure. The staff there are always polite and very helpful. Adam in particular always goes above and beyond to help whenever he can. Thank you Adam for all your support and patience, you are without doubt the epitome of exemplary Customer Service.
BEWARE!... Had a 3 month contract with Storage Giant. Everything good but....... At the end of 3 months we cleared the unit and went into the office to tell them and get my deposit back. They ask "have you given 14 day notice?" Can anyone please explain why they need 14 day notice!? It is in the terms and conditions... in the very small print on the back of the contract you sign. By all means use this place but make sure you give them at least 14 days notice of your predetermined contract period!!! I had to to pay extra and lost the deposit.
Amazing service. We had everything set up by Adam for us today, he was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly, helping us find the right size storage for our needs. Good facility, great that the lock and insurance is included in price.
