First time visiting as I had to return a parcel to DHL. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and polite. It set’s a very positive light on first impressions. 👍

Absolutely great service, from the initial phone call right through to getting the unit. Laura was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Have been dealing with squab storage for roughly 2 months now, and whenever I have rung or gone in they have been nothing but friendly and gone above and beyond. The most recent contact was with Martyn, and he was just lovely, very informative, walked me through the process of how to get in, including the gate access. The fact the premises is watched 24/7, them having amazing 4k quality cameras was a extra bonus, knowing my stuff was fully secure. Would not use anyone else now, others just dont cut the same standard.

I've been using a space at Squab in Stowmarket for my office for the last year, and would highly recommend them as a business base. The team have been incredibly accommodating and friendly from day one. When I moved in, they made sure I had a solid internet connection extremely quickly, even pulling in a new cable to sort it out, and they've always been there to provide support whenever needed. On top of that, it's extremely affordable with no long-term fixed contracts, which makes it an easy choice for any business.
