I recently used this storage facility and had a genuinely positive experience. The unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access, which made the whole moving process much smoother than I expected.What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Warren went above and beyond to help me. I arrived close to closing time, and instead of rushing off, he kindly stayed late to make sure I could finish offloading my belongings and get everything properly packed into the storage unit. That level of dedication and understanding is rare and very much appreciated, especially on a stressful moving day.Thank you, Warren, for your professionalism and willingness to help. It made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for reliable storage with great staff support.
Brilliant setup, excellent friendly staff and the ease of the process is a game changer.Its well lit, heated and very secure.Warren was very helpful and a big part of the decision to take a unit at Storage Giant.
