We have recently taken out storage at the Stoke branch. The unit itself is perfect, very secure, clean and dry. The service received has been perfect, Warren has been fabulous throughout, very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend for anyone considering storage.

Storage Giant so good it feels like a hotel for belongingsI have found Storage Giant at the Stoke on Trent branch to be a state-of-the-art, storage centre. More than pleased with my personal storage unit. Automatic lights on entering your personal unit, and automatically well-lit corridors.There's ample parking space and double loading-bay area for easy access and exit - and two lifts! Free Trolley carts (large-sized) provided aplenty, for transporting items from vehicles to lifts to each individual storage unit/ & when returning belongings back to your vehicle.Superbly organised, and staff on hand - at all times - to help with queries. I've found staff, professional, friendly, extremely helpful and reassuring. - Special mention of Warren at this unit; who provided excellent help and guidance throughout the whole process, and continues to do so at an exemplary level!Very clean units too! Close your eyes and you could easily imagine your storage unit is in a hotel corridor. I almost feel like leaving my shoes outside my unit to see, if by my next visit, they've been cleaned for me :)- In fact, that's what I've nicknamed Storage Giant in Stoke on Trent: 'A hotel for belongings' :)Above all, I found them more than very competitive on rental prices. I'm pleased as punch with my unit/contract term.I love visiting my easy access, and secure storage unit - stress free and in comfortable surroundings.Highly recommended. 5/5 stars from me!
