I popped in to check out storage options, and James was genuinely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and gave me the full VIP tour as if I were storing gold bars. He was helpful, approachable, and clearly cared about the place and its customers. He showed me around, answered all my questions, and exceeded expectations with his customer service. I am truly impressed with the storage space available and the range of storage solutions James recommended. When I need storage, I’ll be heading straight back there!
