Looking to book storage over the winter months. Spoke to Paul at the head office and he was fantastic. Helped me with any questions I had, made sure the size of the unit was what I needed and just overall a very nice person to talk to. No pushing for a sale, if I wasn't happy with the quote, there was no obligation to go ahead. Definitely would reccomend Storage Giant for storing anything you have. Even if it's just for a few weeks.

I previously had a 40sq ft unit with Storage Giant and needed to upgrade due to a delivery of some furniture. Paul was so efficieint and helpful. Immediately upgraded us to a larger unit of the size we wanted and managed to get us one only a few units up from our previous one! As before, Paul was brilliantly helpful, kind, professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had a great experience as a customer of the Llanelli site. All of the staff have been helpful but I particularly want to mention Michael Edwards. He was a huge help for me going through the recent process of downsizing to a smaller unit. He handled what ended up being quite a lengthy paperwork exercise with patience and good humour. Thank you 🤝

The staff are very , very helpful & friendly. They explain clearly all the Ts & Cs involved when hiring a unit and nothing is too much trouble for them especially when you want to look at different size units. Over the last few months we’ve dealt with Simon, who has been very knowledgable & helpful when it comes to dealing with hiring different size units including the paperwork and informative in regards to how we can distribute our unwanted belongings to other outside charities/ buyers. We highly recommend Llanelli Storage Giant it’s clean, safe , good security and they have good deals too.
