The facility is very clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating when it comes to showing you around and explaining how everything works. It doesn’t take long before it all feels easy to navigate. Courtney, who I saw on my first visit, walked me through everything, made sure I felt comfortable and checked that I understood it all clearly. I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to keep your belongings safe.

We’ve just rented a storage unit from Storage Giant and the whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. We requested a price through their website and Michael got back to us very quickly with a clear, all-in price, which was very reasonable. He also offered to show us some available units the same day.When we arrived, Michael was already there waiting for us. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and had us signed up straight away with no hassle. We couldn’t be happier with the storage space, the price, or the service we received.Thank you, Michael, for making everything so easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend this company

Honestly please don't bother and try elsewhere, after a few months of belongings being in boxes they are damp and smell like old library booksWooden furniture has green mould grown on them , clothes stink and these people disregard any issue just send you a form to claim on your insurance 🙄 you would think there would be some concerns as it's a pretty new building but I don't believe there is any central heating either so I guess damp and mould is what they expect.Before you come for me I have given you since Christmas eve to put things right or even contact me , but there has been nothing apart from taking my monthly payment!One star Is only because I can not leave a review otherwiseEdit: response If your team have looked into the matter why has nobody still be in contact with me? A form to claim is not the answer and I believe if you had checked the building you would of been in touch at the very least its called customer service.I can 100% assure you the unit is damp every box was brand new at the time on entry and everyone smells like a old library book, green mould was all over our wooden bench you seen the pictures and could easily check your cctv to see it was only removed from the unit on the 24th December, as soon as we got it home we noticed and I made contact and you have had no concern to contact me since, until you see this review.What heating system is used in the building as cold areas cause moisture and damp and its always bloody freezing in there thats the only way you can guarantee no damp!Also why have not contacted us to look in the unit about the damp we are complaining about ?walking about locked rooms is neither here or there 🤣 It doesn't matter If 1 or 100 people complain as a business you should want to take it serious not pretend to walk around locked rooms you can't see nothing behind closed doors.Staff are sitting in the office with hot water bottles so it's hardly a warm placeEdit 2: how on earth do you review damage by people filling out a claims forms? 2 separate issues and what I still find disgusting is head office still have not been in touch apart from to comment twice on my review and have Courtney (who is always polite) call me after you seen this. I agree it is a new building hence our surprise at the condition of our wooden furniture and the smell of all boxes that were brand new while put into the unit last year.As you are aware you have no central heating your poor staff are freezing with hot water bottles in the office . This is not about insurance claims or money this is your careless attitude when paying customers are informing you of damage and you don't care.By the way its not alleged you have the proof in the pictures I've sent green furry mould , no heating in the building and the only air gap is above the doorA professional company would of been concerned and made contact with the customer not made every excuse in there review without even seeing inside the unit

I’ve had brilliant service from both Courtney and Mike every time I’ve visited. They’re always friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they make the whole experience really smooth. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
