Absolutely great bunch of guys (and girls). I sadly didn't end up going with SG for my unit this time for different reasons, but Andrew at the Cardiff branch was fantastic and very helpful. He didn't hassle me, and gave me all the information I needed making things as easy as possible for me. I'll definitely consider using these guys in the future.
So far IV just been on a call and have yet to be at the site itself. However the team has been very friendly and helpful with questions and numbers, much appreciated Callum taking his time, talking me through what I needed to know and answering my questions.
I popped into Storage Giant to buy some bubble wrap to put the Christmas decorations away. I spoke to a lovely young gentleman named Andrew who helped me find the bubble wrap I needed. 5 stars.
I visited Storage Giant in Cardiff today, and Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful! She walked me through everything in such detail that I felt completely confident moving forward. As someone who’s never used storage before, she immediately put me at ease. She was genuinely kind, patient, and lovely to chat with.
