While you're paying, everything seems perfect, but as soon as you cancel the rental, the problems begin. We cancelled the storage unit on August 31st and are still waiting for the deposit back. I called to complain, and they just told me they'd "ask the department," without giving a date or a solution. It's unacceptable that after more than two months they haven't returned what's mine and, on top of that, they respond with a tone as if complaining is just a whim.

They are storage rooms and mini-warehouses for rent, they have a very large parking lot and have good security measures.

If you need a mini storage unit or self-storage space, ITS is a great solution. The facilities are excellent, and they have units of all sizes. Everything is very well designed to make loading and unloading easy. And everything is always spotless. Finally, the prices are very competitive. I've known them for 10 years and have never had any problems. Like I said, a great solution.
