The facilities are very well equipped, the staff is friendly and the phone support is good, the storage units are spacious, and the extra cost compared to a regular storage unit in an apartment, which isn't much, is well worth it for the quality of the facilities and the amenities. Everything is super easy to manage through the app, with 24-hour access and loading tools provided in the units. I rented my first storage unit yesterday and I'm quite happy.
Reasonable prices, fantastic facilities. I really liked it, and they offer all kinds of resources so you can use the storage unit however you want.
We needed the storage unit for approximately two months. Everything was made easy, and we couldn't be happier. Due to a delay from the moving company, we arrived at the storage unit at 10:00 PM and had no problem getting in; they had provided us with all the access codes. We can't say enough about the service we received, especially from Laura. We recommend it 100%.
I would highlight the ease of the process, the friendliness of the receptionist in explaining everything, and the cleanliness of the facilities.
