I called and a guy named Alvaro answered, I asked him for Gorka because I called a month and a half ago and I told him that I would like to store my things in October (Gorka is super nice) in fact he told me that when I called I should ask for him and I thought that was great. I call and this guy Alvaro answers and tells me that Gorka is not there and that I will never speak to him again, well, I ask him again for the quote for the same thing I asked for a month and a half ago and I see that the rate is the same but the shipping price is more expensive than what they told me, and I explain to him that that is not what I was told, that let's see what has changed and he tells me that he seriously doubts that they told me that, well I tell him that if he wants to give me an email and I sent him the recorded conversation because I recorded it precisely so I don't forget the details, then he laughs. Anyway, I don't know what he's laughing at, but I tell him it's annoying when someone keeps telling him something and he thinks I'm lying, saying I have no need for anything. Well, he finally says goodbye and hangs up on me, and I hadn't even finished talking. Because I asked for Gorka... Because when you find someone who speaks to you politely, you obviously don't want someone who'll just look after you later. This rude Álvaro, I don't know what he's doing picking up the phone.

I've been a customer of Espacio Flexible for several moves and it's always been great (the price, the service, and the staff's attitude), but unfortunately, this last time wasn't the case. The price and service were great again, but the way I was treated by one of the movers (I think his name is Alberto) was unacceptable. In my opinion, he was rude, and I think that's unacceptable for someone who works with the public.
