The price-quality ratio is very good, and the storage units are spacious. The facilities are generally fine; the only downside is the inadequate maintenance. The entrance and exit doors don't open properly, one of the two loading dock elevators isn't working, etc. Today, June 7th, I went to drop off some large boxes, and there were no trolleys available. The freight elevator is out of service, and the notice on the door says it will be under maintenance on June 9th, 10th, and 11th—too long without a freight elevator for a storage facility. I had to carry the boxes up the stairs. They should give advance notice. This is unacceptable when you're offering 24-hour service.
Easiest self storage service I’ve had. Very clean, and the parking situation makes it much more convenient. Thank you Sara for helping with front desk needs.
