I find it strange that such a simple service is handled so poorly.I've had terrible experiences, like having to pay extra because they made a mistake with the bill and hadn't charged me (I spent a month chasing them to get it, and then they finally charged me extra...). Or the worst of all, having to chase after my initial deposit when they gave us a month to vacate the storage units and sent us an invoice saying it had already been returned (two months ago). Later, they told us it was scheduled to be returned on a specific day (a lie they later admitted), and now I'm just hoping it will be resolved someday.Honestly: a disaster.
